CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Booking Policy     •    A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.     •    Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a forfeited deposit and a 30% cancellation fee.     •    No-shows will forfeit the deposit and be charged the 30% fee. After two no-shows, you will no longer be able to book with me.     •    After two reschedules, full payment is required at the time of booking.     •    If you’re feeling sick, please reschedule to protect everyone’s health. ⸻ Payments & Fees     •    A 3.5% card processing fee applies to all card payments and deposits.     •    A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled if time does not permit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. ⸻ Before Your Brow Appointment     •    Come with a clean, makeup-free face—makeup may need to be removed for proper service.     •    Please have your hair pulled back away from your face.
